    Nicole is an esteemed Business Development professional with notable Marketing experience.  Her diverse background in social media and website support, sales and retention strategies, and training maximize her professional contributions.  In addition to her various professional attributes, Nicole has been believed to be an irreplaceable social relations specialist, with numerous acknowledgments.  As Marketing Coordinator at The Rouso Group, Nicole provides cutting edge market strategies designed to maximize the results that clients get that will exceed their real estate goals.  Nicole’s continuous involvement with all aspects of the transaction process allows extensive support to each party involved.  Her tenacity, ambition and pleasant nature allows for a remarkable experience.  Nicole is a La Grange area native and attended Lyons Township High School.  She grew up in Brookfield and continues to live in the area.  She now resides in Countryside with her son where they enjoy local family attractions such as Brookfield Zoo, Tates Ice Cream, Waterfall Glen and numerous recreational activities found in downtown Chicago.  Nicole takes delight in and has spent years providing philanthropic services to local organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, Junior Achievement of Chicago and The Leader Shop.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and attending the countless events that the Chicagoland area has to offer.

    Kris Rabig serves as the Rouso Group’s Director of Operations and Client Services. Kris utilizes her 17 years of real estate experience to smoothly facilitate our clients real estate needs while continually ensuring the client always comes first.

    Kris’s daily focus includes overseeing and coordinating all of the Rouso Group’s buyer and seller transactions.  With her close attention to every critical detail and deadline, she ensures that the lawyers, paralegals, lenders, home inspectors and appraisers work together in a client-focused manner to facilitate the successful closing from signed agreement to final day of closing.

    Kris is in constant communication  with each and all of the group’s buyers and sellers from the moment they partner with our experienced team to assist them with any questions or challenges that may arise along the way. 

    In addition to Kris’s extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process since receiving her real estate broker’s license in 2001, Kris has strong roots to the Chicago Western Suburban area as a previous resident of Indian Head Park,  Western Springs and the surrounding areas.  Kris has first hand knowledge of our award winning school systems as her daughter attended Lyons Township High School.   With experience in selling both existing homes and new construction, Kris can expertly navigate through both sides of the transactions.  

    Kris’s is devoted to staying up to date on the latest technologies, contract changes and state regulations as continuing education and self-study is part of her strict regimen.  

    In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
