    Dean Rouso – Broker & Team Leader, Director of Sales Development

    Dean Rouso is the Director of Sales Development for Baird &Warner, and the Team Leader of the Rouso Group. He is a consecutive recipient of the 5-Star Agent Award by Chicago Magazine for 2013, 2014 and 2015.

    Kris Rabig serves as the Rouso Group’s Director of Operations and Client Services. Kris utilizes her 17 years of real estate experience to smoothly facilitate our clients real estate needs while continually ensuring the client always comes first.

    Kris’s daily focus includes overseeing and coordinating all of the Rouso Group’s buyer and seller transactions.  With her close attention to every critical detail and deadline, she ensures that the lawyers, paralegals, lenders, home inspectors and appraisers work together in a client-focused manner to facilitate the successful closing from signed agreement to final day of closing.

    Kris is in constant communication  with each and all of the group’s buyers and sellers from the moment they partner with our experienced team to assist them with any questions or challenges that may arise along the way. 

    In addition to Kris’s extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process since receiving her real estate broker’s license in 2001, Kris has strong roots to the Chicago Western Suburban area as a previous resident of Indian Head Park,  Western Springs and the surrounding areas.  Kris has first hand knowledge of our award winning school systems as her daughter attended Lyons Township High School.   With experience in selling both existing homes and new construction, Kris can expertly navigate through both sides of the transactions.  

    Kris’s is devoted to staying up to date on the latest technologies, contract changes and state regulations as continuing education and self-study is part of her strict regimen.

    As a real estate broker for ten years and entrepreneur in her early career, Jennifer brings an abundance of sales and negotiating expertise to her clients.

    With incredible drive, Jennifer started a facility services business at the age of 17, bought her first home at the age of 19, and continued to successfully grow and operate her company until she sold it in 2007.

    Jennifer’s passion for real estate was evident first as an investor, which lead to her eventually becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2008.  She has received additional accreditations in real estate (CREN, SFR & BPOR designations), which has added to her success. 

    Jennifer’s lifelong residency in the suburbs of Chicago enables her to provide unparalleled knowledge and expertise to every client. In addition, she has professional resources, which include an excellent network of marketing, legal, financial, and home inspection services. Jennifer utilizes all the latest technology and social media to market homes for sellers and to investigate properties and market areas for her buyers.

    In her spare time, she loves working out, going to the movies and to the theater, trying out new restaurants with friends, and taking long walks with her poodle, Miller. Jennifer and her family participate in the ADA “Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes Chicagoland” annually.

    Nikki is one of the highly trained buyer specialists on the Rouso Group team at Baird & Warner. She has lived in the western suburbs for over 15 years and has a strong knowledge of the neighborhoods, communities, school systems and all the fun that our towns have to offer. Her passion is helping first time and move-up home buyers find the home of their dreams. Nikki feels privileged to play such an important role in her clients’ lives and believes that building a relationship with her clients and their families is just as important as being the trusted advisor throughout the homebuying process.

    In her spare time, Nikki enjoys power yoga classes and spending quality time with family and close friends.

    Nikki’s lifelong philosophy of helping the less fortunate has been passed down to her kids through the act of volunteering. They volunteer as a family with DuPage PADS - making beds and serving food for the area’s homeless. In addition, Nikki has always been involved in her children’s education — helping in the classroom and chairing multiple PTA committees. Nikki and her husband of 15 years enjoy supporting and coaching their four children in their involvement in lacrosse, baseball and dance.
